buy This antique men's fur trapper style hat is made from thick & luxuriant fur (beaver?) & has ear flaps & a forehead flap. 2 thin brownish green ties affix it under the chin. The fur is glossy & brownish with glinting guard hairs and fine dark hairs near the skin. The inside is lined in black satin. This is very wearable & warm and the fur is not shedding or torn. The lining just under the front face flap shows some fading & wear (note photo) but this does not affect wear. The ties show wear on the very ends.
