Carousel Wind Toy, early celluloid 1940s windup woman pushing a pram. When it is would up the wheels turn and the carrousel spins and is actually quite a delightful little toy. The toy is in perfect working order and in great condition for its age, I cannot find a mark but I am sure it is Made in Japan. It is about 6 inches tall.
