Steiff white monkey vintage 1949 to buy 1961 small 6 inches mohair Chimpanzee

Here is a rare white Steiff Jocko Chimpanzee, 6 inches / 15 cm tall, the largest edition ever made, produced only from 1949 to 1961 only, made in Germany by the famous toy manufacturer Steiff.
Steiff Jocko's were made in various editions since 1909 till now – they are incredibly popular – no surprise there, they look so very friendly & smiling! White Jocko's however are very rare & hard to find! So this white Steiff Jocko chimp monkey is a highly collectible eye candy for the Steiff or shabby vintage toy lover!


Our little monkey here lost his Steiff ID's, but in his left ear you still see the rip where the Steiff button sat & on his chest the tread from his chest tag is still to be seen. Our vintage white mohair monkey is in overall great condition, the felt parts are fine, all 5 joints work very well.

All other items to be seen in the photos will NOT come with the old Steiff monkey; this listing is for the small white Steiff Jocko without IDs ONLY!
