This lovely Crocheted Crib Blanket was made with a Premium, Three Ply, Ultra Soft Baby Yarn. The colorful yarn is self-patterning. The colors change randomly as the blanket develops. This creates a unique striped design in the finished product showing off pretty shades of yellow, orange and blue.

I used a combination of Double Crochet and Linked Double Crochet Stitches for the pattern. I finished off the blanket with a generous scalloped edging on all four sides.

The dimensions are generous and this Afghan can easily transition to a Child's Afghan as baby grows. It will look lovely on the end of a youth bed or over a chair.
