Signed perfume bottle buy R Lukian, scent bottle blue fins

A gorgeous rich blue handmade perfume bottle, with bubbles in the top buy half and applied wings or fins, a rough pontil mark and signed underneath 'R Lukian' for Ron Lukian. Ron Lukian is an international award winning glass artisan from Quebec who has been creating delicate glass decorative wares since 1972. In great condition, it stands 3.5 inches tall and measures 3-1/4 inches wide. The dauber / stopper is 2-1/4 inch long. There is no date.
