Antique 1939 Sterling Silver Medal Discus Throw Track and buy Field 2nd Place Award Dieges & Clust in Original Box

Great find this beautifully crafted antique sterling silver medal for Discus Throw by Dieges & Clust. The medal is still in the original Dieges and Clust Box with fabric ribbon and pinned to fabric box insert.

Markings: buy The front is marked SAAU and features a relief of the discobolus statue and a victorious athlete. The back is marked 1939 Discus Throw and at the bottom STERLING Dieges & Clust, It is attached to a red white and blue ribbon with a pin back.

Condition" The Medal is in very good condition and has likely remained tucked away in this original box for 80 years. The box shows some damage and wear and the box top is split at the corner
