Care: Machine Washable - Gentle Cycle - Press with warm iron to remove wrinkles

The sample shown is: Front width 18", depth 17" and back width 16".

* Each cushion is hand made based on the dimensions that you provide. We recommend that you have the chair in your possession and that you personally measure the seat before placing your order. (Important - Do not use the dimensions provided on the box or advertised on the website where you purchased the chair).

* When selecting your size refer to the measuring chart attached for instructions. We need all the dimension requested (items D, E, F & G) in order to process your order.

* Note, some chairs have a curved seat back, and therefore the measurement "G" is necessary in order for us to adjust the cushion.

* Since each cushion is custom made - we cannot offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges once the order is placed. If there is a problem buy with the item at the time you receive it due to us making an error, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
