I have a feeling this was a custom made ring. IF SO, maybe only one like it. In Dome shape, With 3 REAL white Diamonds, guessing weight at 25 to 30 Points. Dome is 13X20 MM, and has a brushed effect. Diamonds real & white in color. Gold is not sgnd , may have been cut for sizing, TESTED 14 KT Gold.
