Sierra ballpoint buy pen 10

This is a sierra ballpoint pen made with an acrylic barrel and black titanium nitride and gold plated fittings. It uses standard parker style ink refills. Other sierra ballpoint pens are available as shown in the pictures.

The acrylic blank is prepared for the lathe by cutting buy to length and drilled for a brass tube. The blank is then mounted on the lathe and turned to the desired shape. After turning, it is sanded to 1500 grit sandpaper and polished. Calipers are used to match the diameters of the ends with the corresponding fitting.
