A shabby chic ruffled chair cover made in an off-white muslin cotton fabric. The top of the seat is lined with another layer of white muslin, for a completely clean look on the bottom of the chair cover.

Each ruffle is hand made to make the two tiers of ruffles and each tie is made with 2 layers of muslin, cut long enough to be tied into bows on the back corners.
The muslin cotton is machine washable.
There is no pocket/space for a cushion.
No cushion or seat pad is included.
Measurements:
Best for seats that measure: 18.5" wide at front edge, 16.5" wide at back, and are buy 16.5" deep (front to back edge). Ruffle skirt is 8" long.
