"Kids love to climb on top of the marina breaker and view the world from its ledge. Sometimes they'd fish, sometimes they'd jump off to the cold turquoise water below and sometimes they'd just sit and take in the blue expanse all around them. In this painting I captured two friends taking roost on the wall. As you can see, it required some special effort to reach the top -- but getting there was half the fun!"
