This stunning sugar shaker was made in Japan with the majolica technique. It has a gorgeous pale green base glaze over a beehive textured surface with a raised and hand painted design which features a kookaburra sitting in a gumtree. It has a cork stopper.
In good vintage condition, there is some crazing and buy staining and the cork is not in great nick, but it is still a beautiful piece with heaps of Art Deco style.
