It has surface scratches but for the most part it's lived in an otter box defender pro case with belt clip. Perfectly usable phone. Verizon was the carrier SIM FYI so I believe you must have Verizon unless there's a way to switch carriers that I'm unaware of. I only net 150 on buy this phone after shipping and fees FYI.
