Vintage Towle Sterling Silver 49 Weighted and Glass Amberina Pedestal Bowl Mid Century-Rare find, During research I have not found another similar. This large pedestal compote is in very nice condition. The removable amberina glass bowl has no chips, flea bites. Did not detect any scratches on glass. The buy glass bowl is unmarked, Gaffer unknown. Very small spot of wear on bottom of silver base, (see attached photo). Item weighs approx 2-lbs, 5-oz. Has been very well cared for and is a great display piece. See attatched potos for approx. measurements.
