Vintage 1930s Early Plastic Celluloid Hat Adornment Art buy Deco Pin

This incredible early plastic hat pin is embedded with sparkling rhinestones.

This type of marble look early buy plastic was used to make a variety of vanity items in the 1930s, this pin has a clear amber toned yellow plastic beneath the golden marble look top side.

This has a curved "tail" section with a disc opening that the threaded, pointed end that is connected to the larger piece slips into and securely screws shut.

This is a lovely accessory, and although designed as a "hat adornment" ,as they were referred to, this can also be worn on a lapel just as easily.

In outstanding, excellent condition, which is rare with these early plastics.

Measurements: the box that the pin is sitting in measures 3" x 2".

This is very lightweight, we will ship in a jewelry box (such as in the image) to protect it in transit.
