Vintage women's hand painted shaving mug. The mug is in good vintage condition, no chips are cracks. The Bottom appears to be marked: buy LICS. It has beautiful gliding, some is worn off. The painted and the name on the mug is very beautiful.

Balloff was a department store in Tennessee; however, I don't know if there is a connection.
