This is for an antique book titled, "Juvenile Scrap-Book", by Mrs. Ellis. This is in fair condition. The front and back hinges are cracked, and the first couple of pages are loose. The cover is discolored. The first and back endpieces are discolored, the front piece has writing, and missing half the first page. The text block has discoloration as well, and the boards are a little slanted. The actual pages are brown with age, and there are dark spots on some of the pages, and minor chipping. There are some creased corners, dog eared pages, band some have wrinkles.
I took several pictures so you could see clearly the condition this is in.
