Vintage Brass buy Necklace with Topaz Colored Stone Art Nouveau Style

This may be an Art Nouveau buy necklace, early 1900s, but I've never seen one with beading. The necklace is brass. The stone may be topaz, it's definitely the right color. Since I don't know, I'm pricing it like it's not a topaz. It's a thing of beauty whether it Art Nouveau or 1940s. The necklace can be adjusted at two lengths, 18 or 23 inches. Excellent condition.
