This kangaroo is a licensed plush toy and was repurposed into a chalk bag.
It comes with a black elastic cord and your choice of a stopper (small round piece of plastic that cinches the opening of the chalk bag). There are two black loops in the back to attach to a belt or clip. The inner liner material is white buy fleece.

It is 9 inches (23 cm) tall from fleece opening to bottom and 5.5 inches (14 cm) wide. Fleece opening circumference is 12 inches (30 cm). Inside fleece depth is about 6 inches (15 cm).
The opening is reinforced with webbing on the inside for easy access.
