Ocean Breakers Rolling onto the Beach Pottery Art Sculpture

This is a stunning Stoneware pottery art sculpture that captures the beauty and energy of ocean breakers as they roll up and over onto a pebbled sandy beach.
We've all watched the hypnotic beauty of the ocean as waves come in, the air is fresh and cutting with a briny tang and the hissing, seething surf invades our minds and calms our hearts. This sculpture has permanently caught the rhythmic life of the ocean.

The piece is heavy stoneware and is covered in multiple glazes that feature a deep blue that gets pulled into white foam as the breakers curl over and cream onto the beach. The sandy beach is a rusty tan that has wave-built sandbars and rippled textures appearing and disappearing as the waves shove the sand into new shapes with each pass. Some of the sand is sucked back up into the water as the new wave overtakes the retreating current. There are even translucent pools of water at the edges of the new forming curl that have yet to be pulled into the latest roller headed for land.

This is a very evocative piece of art that may capture a person's notice at first glance but then pull them in for buy deeper emersion in it's beautiful depths.

Please excuse my limited photographic skills, this piece deserves a professional photographer who would stage it on a long narrow driftwood table scattered with a few shells, beneath windows that let in the sunlight glinting off the waves breaking on the beach down below the front door of a beautiful beach house.
