Wall preparation instructions:
The wall should be dry, smooth, and clean.
Do not apply product to moist walls.
Best application results are achieved by prepping the wall with a lint-free microfiber cloth before application.

Product is not suitable for:
•Rough walls
•Freshly painted walls (wait at least 8 weeks to dry)
•Walls exposed to high moisture
•Dirty walls (nicotine, fats)

Paints are dissolved in organic solvents, which evaporate and off-gas when the paint cures. This solvent off-gas can interfere with the adhesive used on the Peel-and-Stick products. Please wait the requisite 8 weeks before applying any Peel-and-Stick products to give the paint enough time to off-gas.

Please keep in mind, it is our responsibility to provide you with a very high-quality product but it is your responsibility to install it correctly.
In order to guarantee it looks its best, please respect it by taking care while installing.
Our peel and stick wallpapers make it easy to install.

Shipping:
We ship via UPS and USPS. Samples are sent by stamp.
Any import fees or taxes (Customs fees) levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Such fees are not covered by shipping. We are not able to discount, alter, or reimburse Customs duties.
Please make sure the address is correct when you place an order and please provide your phone number in the order note.
The phone number is required for the courier service and greatly facilitates timely delivery. If the courier company has problems with the delivery of the parcel and can not contact the customer, the shipment might be sent back to USA.
As a seller, I bear no responsibility for a wrongly addressed package [because of a wrong address entered by the customer].
