This includes a hem on the skirt (it came much too long) and taking in the waist of the top. Custom Sizing requested to seller: Hips - 41in Waist - buy 31in Chest - 36in I am 5"4 and wore a dress size 9 at this time. Comes with everything shown (top, bow, belt, skirt, hat, wrist pieces) and Sonico's star guitar necklace! Does NOT come with wig or headphones.
