This is a vintage 1990's, 4 piece set buy of wood, plate stands made in India. There are two 8 inch and two 9 inch stands in the set. The are painted white and gold in a striated fashion. One of the 8 inch stands has a slightly, different coloration than the rest. They are foldable with 2 hinges on each stand. They have never been used and are in very, good condition.
