✒ How does the design process work?
Once you get in touch, we will talk about anything you would like to see included on your crest. This could be your favourite flowers, a special building/venue, pets or shared hobbies. From this discussion, a photograph of a pencil draft will be sent to you by email for approval.

✒ What if I want to make changes to the design?
The ideal time to make any alterations is at the pencil draft stage, when a new version can easily be created. Any changes made after this point- which would result in the need to begin again- would incur an additional fee.

✒ What will I receive?
A digitized version of the buy artwork and the right to reproduce for personal use so it can then be added to wedding stationery or as a stand- alone piece. Alternatively, if you would like me to arrange professional printing, the price of this and shipping can be added to your custom listing.

✒ When will I receive my order?
Allow 2 weeks from the approval of the draft to receiving your order. If you have opted to have the image professionally printed, please take into account shipping time in addition to the guideline above. Please mention when ordering if your timescale is tighter, as 'rush orders' can often be accommodated.
