This is a glorious vintage German necklace dominated by the color pink and executed with a spring time sensibility. In shades of white, pink and mauve, the necklace incorporates two strands of lovely flowers which drape beautifully. Feminine and elegant the design has a winsome vintage charm.
The necklace is composed of two significant strands (24”) of pressed artisan crafted glass flower beads. They are smooth and lozenge shaped, lovely to touch and wear. They are also separated by transparent seed beads which speak to the quality of the design.
This necklace displays exquisite craftsmanship, please look closely at the hand wired clasp. It would look magnificent worn to the side so that it is highlighted. It is hallmarked made in Germany and was made sometime between 1948-1960.
