Silver Plated Brass Mount Authentic Cowrie sea shell Snuff /Trinket Box. Hinged back and Unique closure. A long 'clip' slides into buy a mounted loop. Simple zigzag engraving around the middle.

Small box most likely was used for Snuff, but could be used for Trinkets, Pills, a ring or..........
