Vintage Pewter Clad buy Footed Glass Cream Pitcher

Vintage metal clad glass milk pitcher. I don't know what the metal is. It is ornate and features faces, roses and birds on the feet.
It has no chips or cracks. The metal is not removeable and has one area of the tiny twisted wire not securely attached at one point buy on the bottom band, not visible, just noticed it when drying it. It doesn't affect its showing ability or attractiveness. It stands 7" tall and 4 " at its widest.
