**Our handmade promise**

We only use high quality, bridal tulle that is apparel grade tulle which is lead safe nylon (different from craft tulle) and is manufactured in North America (made in USA).
Because our tulle has to pass very stringent quality tests, the federal government recognizes nylon as being inherently flame retardant.

Many companies use polyester tulle because it's cheaper but polyester tulle is not safe. Polyester tulle is sometimes treated to make it flame retardant and the chemicals used are unknown.

Olivia Kate Couture dresses are handmade in Florida, USA. Every dress is handmade by us in Florida and ships from Florida. Our dresses cannot be found on discount sites. If you see our photos or dresses on another site you can be certain these are not made by us and the photos they are using have been stolen.
