For your Care and Containment Consideration this is an opportunity to re-home this tiny properly odd lady. Violet is a small scale little all over porcelain doll. She is entirely porcelain, her legs/arms/and head are all moveable where they meet her body...though her left arm especially has a bit of a mind of its own. She comes decked out in a floofy dress and hat and has painted on shoes. Violet has been reviewed and deemed a good candidate for the Civilian Rehoming Project. If you wish to apply to be her Civilian Caretaker please include the name you would like to be certified under on your order form.

Overall this doll is classified as Beginner level containment. Violet does not necessitate a caregiver with previous O.R.D.E.R experience and will do fine as long as the provided care instructions are followed.

Name(s): Violet. Agents do not recommend using shortened versions of her name or nicknames, as doll has been observed to become agitated under such circumstances. We theorize that she is sensitive regarding her size and finds a proper name helps her sound bigger.

Dislikes: Small children, animals, pop music, brightly lit rooms

Specialized Instructions: Violet adores the Anne of Green Gables stories….mostly the first half of the first book. She fancies herself a bit of a cross between Anne and Diana. And, just like Anne, she covets puff sleeves. As such, she adores elaborate clothing. Sometimes she gets frustrated with her un-removable clothes. Agents highly recommend caretakers make sure to dress their best in her presence in an effort to keep her stimulated. Violet feels most at home in dark forests...the kind where sunlight has to work hard to filter through. She finds them entirely romantic. Violet is a temperamental tiny being. She is fussy about her surroundings and has been observed to make her unhappiness known. Due to this, O.R.D.E.R agents strongly recommend that her caretakers take her known dislikes to heart and continue to be vigilant for the development of new additions. Violet gets edgy around small children and animals, especially tiny dogs. Agents think this stems from her sense of personal fragility rather than malice, but instruct you to be vigilant under such exposures nonetheless. Violet seems to have old fashioned sensibilities and appears to become easily overwhelmed around modern music and bright electrical lighting. Agents stress that she would benefit from being kept in a calm room with natural to low lighting conditions.

Background: Violet was relocated in an often overlooked used bookstore in the aftermath of her escape from the O.R.D.E.R facility. She was quietly taking in the ambiance, smelling the books, absorbed in the words and the quiet. There was not a scene made and she was peaceably re-contained at the time. It is believed that the lack of literature in institutionalized containment led to her discontent and subsequent disappearance. Violet's need for more attention than our containment facility can provide, along with our agents' sense that her temper only flares in predictable situations, jointly make her a good candidate for civilian re-homing.

No two dolls are alike in appearance, background story, or unique abnormalities. O.R.D.E.R dolls are not toys, but rather entities in need of your care and containment. Please keep this in mind. O.R.D.E.R cannot approve caretakers under the age of 12 and we recommend dolls not be handled in the absence of adult supervision.

Dolls are in the condition they were recovered in, aside from clothes which were sometimes supplied for dolls who lacked them. Nothing has been done to enhance their naturally acquired peculiarities or eeriness. Some dolls have stains or slight damage from past owners who failed to take proper care of them...we trust you will not repeat these mistakes.
