Hallo ihr lieben, ich suche eine/n NachmieterIn ab dem 01.12.2022 für meine Wohnung im Studentenwohnheim „The Fizz“ in Hamburg Altona. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 995€ und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten (Wasser, Energie, Strom, Hausmeisterservice, etc.) sowie Internet. Es fallen keine weiteren Nebenkosten an.
Die Wohnung kann nur an Immatrikulierte Student*innen, Praktikant*innen und Auszubildende vermietet werden. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und beinhaltet eine eigene Küche und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im Wohnheim sind zudem ein Fitnessstudio, eine Gemeinschaftsküche, ein Lernraum, eine Dachterasse und ein Game Room vorhanden. Es gibt zudem noch überdachte Fahrradstellplätze, welche kostenlos genutzt werden können. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock. Außerdem kann man sich kostenlos verschiedene Utensilien ausleihen (Staubsauger, Wäscheständer, Spielkonsolen). Das Internet wird von einem Dienstleister gestellt und buy ist schnell und stabil.
Es gibt einen Innenhof, welcher an die Gemeinschaftsküche angrenzt und Waschmaschinen sowie Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Pakete werden tagsüber in der Lobby angenommen, welche zu den Service-Zeiten angeholt werden können.
Lage
Das „Fizz“ ist zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr sehr gut angeschlossen. Die S-Bahn-Station Holstenstraße ist 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Dort fahren drei verschiedene S-Bahn-Linien und diverse Busse. Die Sternschanze ist eine S-Bahn-Station entfernt und auch fußläufig innerhalb von 15 min erreichbar. Dort gibt es viele gemütliche Restaurants, trendige Cocktailbars und Cafés. Im gleichen Gebäude gibt es einen Rewe-Einkaufsmarkt sowie einen dm.

Mein Einzimmerapartment ist ca. 18 m2 groß und befindet sich im 5. Stock, den Blick auf den Innenhof gerichtet.
Sonstiges
Folgende Dokumente werden benötigt: -Personalausweis -Immatrikulationsbescheinigung /Ausbildungsnachweis.
Die Mindestmietlaufzeit beträgt 6 Monate. Die Kaution beträgt 1500€.
Die Wohnung kann gerne nach individueller Terminabsprache ab sofort besichtigt werden.
