The base is in very good condition with very little if any scratches on it. It buy rotates as it should. I couldn't see the lights come on but I hooked up a voltage meter and it works. I just don't have anything to put into the outlet. The music is no longer working. The box itself had odors from being stored in a garage for over 50 years.
