buy This gourd utilizes 1/8" natural leather lacing at the gourd rim. Permanent inks of various colors were used in the design pattern that that takes your eye around the gourd.
My architectural background guides my gourd work as does my connection to the natural world, tapping into its cycles and rhythms. It also reflects an appreciation of indigenous people's culture. The hand-picked gourds used are dried, cleaned, and tooled, utilizing leather lacing, permanent inks and a sealer to complete each one of a kind piece.
