buy Euro oddity blue eyed head to Toe Dinah with K10 headcode. She has good face paint, but her face needs alight clean. Her lashes are missing on one side and short on the other. Her fringe/bangs are gappy on the front but more from the way it was rooted than hair loss. There is denting on her neck. A dents/gouges on one arm. One leg has a stain. There are pinholes on the back of both legs. Her knees do not hold.

Postage costs
I try to be fair with postage costs. However, I often take many items to the post office at the same time and I may occasionally have misjudged your package weight but failed to notice at the counter. If you feel I have overcharged you on your item, please do email me and I will endeavour to resolve the issue immediately. I will obtain a proof of postage receipt for all items and am happy to send a copy to you. I go to the post office every day often twice but on Saturday only once at 9am. If you would like your package posted on Saturday, please pay before 9am.

Late or Missing Packages
Please note I obtain proof of postage on all packages. I do not have any control when a package will arrive and occasionally items arrive after the estimated delivery date. This may be due to bad weather, postal or aviation industrial action, natural disaster, or unforeseen delays in the postal system. But most likely as a result of delays caused by Covid. If your package hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact me and I will look into it.

Flaws and Returns
I do check all my items and will detail any flaws in the listing description. But occasionally I may miss something or there may be a hidden issue I am unaware of. I apologise in advance if this happens to you. It is not done intentionally but it is my fault and I am of course responsible. If there is a flaw or damage I failed to notice, please message me and I promise I will endeavour to resolve your disappointment. Also, if you find your item doesn't fit and would like to return it.
