THE STONE -

Labradorite is a stunning iridescent silver grey stone with flashes of rainbow colours. Due to these beautiful flashes of light it has become know as the stone of 'The Northern Lights'

Thought to be discovered in 1770 North America, although legends from the Inuit people go much further back. One of the legends tells that the Northern lights were trapped within the Labradorite stone and when a brave warrior struck the stone, the amazing colours of the Northern Lights escaped, leaving some of their energy behind in the stone we see today!

Labradorite is also considered the stone to awaken adventure and change. It is also thought to promote inspiration and originality, seeing many possibilities, and reducing stress and anxiety.

The stones I use are natural and therefore each pendant and bracelet set I create is unique. Each set is made to order and as such the colours may vary slightly from the one in the picture, as each stone has its own natural flaws.

THE NECKLACE -
The pendant is hung on an 18 inch Sterling Silver belcher chain, with bolt clasp and 925 hallmark. I can custom the length of each necklace, so buy please just ask if you require an alternative size. The Stones are separated with small sterling silver beads and hand wrapped in sterling silver wire.

THE BRACELET -
One size fits all stretch bracelet, featuring a 10mm 925 sterling silver scratch effect focal bead and 2 small sterling silver beads. The bracelet is 7.5 inch long which should fit most due to the good quality stretch thread used, If however you require a smaller or larger size please do just ask when submitting your order, all bracelets are made to order so I am very happy to make a custom size.

THE PRESENTATION BOX -
Each of my designs come in a Drops of Earth kraft gift box with a silver polishing cloth. A description of the stone including history and properties is included in the lid of the box.

THE PACKAGING -
Following my own aim to reduce my consumption of single use plastic, the gift box will arrive wrapped in brown card bubble wrap and the outer envelope is made using sugarcane and is fully recyclable.
