Vintage 1980s TYCO Garfield the Cat Landline Phone -Model # 1207 ***Tested - Dial Tone "AS IS"** I did get dial tone when I plugged it in but was unable to make a call. Not sure if maybe the phone was set on pulse instead of tone? Selling "AS IS, NO GUARANTEE buy on working condition. There are a few scratches in the finish on the back of the handset, other than that, this is in good condition.
