Black & White Sheer Floral and Lace buy Vintage 70s Maxi Dress S

This black and white vintage 70s dress is simply charming! The sheer top layer has a floral pattern, with subtle white outlines providing details to the flowers. The floral bands alternate with white lace bands with a floral and geometric motif.

The bodice has darts from the waist to fit the fabric to your curves. The deep scoop neckline provides ample space for jewelry accents to show off. It is lined with soft, slippery acetate to the arm holes, leaving the sleeves sheer with only the top layer used. It finishes with wide lace cuffs, bound in buy black along the edges, so that they have a nice wavy ruffle.

The long skirt is lined with acetate, as well, with a simple A-line cut. The sheer overlay is way more full, so it swishes and flows as you walk. The lace is used at the hem, as is the ruffled wave treatment.
The look finishes with a wide tie belt, with the two fabrics used, one on front and one on the back.

There are 1” chunks of elastic sewn into the inside of the cuffs, adding a little spring and grip. They look like they were added by a prior wearer. They'll be easy to remove with a little time and a seam ripper, if you don't like them.
Comes freshly laundered. Hand wash, drip dry recommended for care.
