All purchases must be made through Etsy. Once payment is received the item will ship in 3-5 days unless it is a special order and then it may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship once payment is received as stated above. All items will be shipped USPS First Class mail. Each order that is shipped will include a tracking number. All orders ship from Oklahoma.

Returns

Returns are accepted but buyer will be responsible for the return shipping unless the item has been personalized or customized. I want all my customers to be satisfied with their orders. If you have any questions or concerns about a product after you receive it please contact me by e-mail within 5 days of item delivery date as stated on USPS site. I will do my best to correct any issues that you have. If items are returned in good condition within 14 days of receiving it I will refund your payment minus the original shipping cost. Again return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
