You are looking at a small, yet astonishingly beautiful and high quality tabular (also called double terminated) self healed quartz crystal, with chlorite inclusions and faden quartz attached crystals.

It is a rare combination. The main crystal is a tabular crystal, meaning it is double pointed on both ends. On one if the ends it has been broken during its forming process. That is why it has more points on that end. During its formation a group of small faden quartz crystals has attached themselves to it.
And on top of that it has dark green chlorite inclusions.
This is a rare combination, yet very useful because it has all healing abilities of: quartz, chlorite, double terminated quartz and faden quartz.
