This fabulous vintage bag is totally one of a kind, a Tootsie Original! It's perfect for your next evening out, and makes a great formal accessory. There's plenty buy of room for your make-up, keys, phone and more. You will be envy of all of your friends with this unique statement piece.

I started with a beautiful silver coloured vintage 1960s kiss clasp frame.

I've used a fabulous vintage Sheridan floral cotton fabric "Savamma" in purple, pink, orange and dark green tones for the front panel. The back panel is made with coordinating vintage denim and corduroy fabrics.

The lining is a vintage floral sheet. I've included an internal pocket to keep small items separate. Outer fabrics are backed with medium weight interfacing to provide some structure.

The bag is firmly sewn into the frame with vintage green embroidery cotton (from the collection I commenced in the late 70s) and measures approximately 32 x 26 x 7 cm (12.5 x 10 x 3 inches). Metal bag frame is approximately 29 cm (11.5 inches) long. Metal chain handle is approximately 40 cm (16 inches) in length.
