It's easy :) just use a measuring tape (in inches or cm) and wrap it around your arm and decide how tight or how loose you want your bracelet size to be.
If you don't have a measuring tape, just use a piece of string and wrap it around your arm and again decide how loose or tight you want your bracelet to be, then lay the piece of string down on a ruler (inches or cm) and take the measurement that way.
I will not add any extra space to the measurement of your request.
