Beautiful hand-made crocheted ladies buttoned poncho, cape, or shawl. Fringed hem. Two openings to put hands through (not pockets). Cornflower buy blue and white yarn. Heavyweight.

Includes matching tam hat, 10" diameter

Made circa 1966 for a baby boy's baptism to be worn by the mother. This also would have been worn home from the hospital with newborn baby for photos. May have also been worn on Easter Sunday or other special occasion.
