Read and Barton Sterling x 22 Bell Shaped 1800's Victorian Lady

Looks like a bell but only shaped like a bell. Very detailed and ornate sterling silver x 22 ??, but it's written after the word sterling. Victorian Ladies dress is so amazing and she is lifting these ornate arm extenders which I believe had a bar attached at the top and maybe that was where the bell was attached, therefore it was a bell, but missing that part. Very Rare!

Measurements: 3 1/2" high & 1 1/2" across the bottom

Condition is good!
