Products are handmade. Stainless steel doubled walled tumblers are made with paints, loose glitters, and then double sealed with the compliant sealer. The FDA-Food Safety epoxy (resin) sealer provides a glass-like finish that protects the paints, glitters, and decals from normal everyday use.

The epoxy is FDA compliant in its cured state.

Processing time

This tumbler is ready to ship. This Ready to ship tumblers will be shipped within 3-4 business days. Please note turn around time will start on the following business day after order buy is placed and payment is received.

Shipping

Shipping is separate from the processing time. Item will be shipped through USPS. Shipping typically takes 3-4 business days. Once order is shipped, tracking information will be provided. Please note once item(s) are in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for the item(s). This includes any shipping delays, damaged packages, lost packages, or items delivered to the wrong address. Please ensure the correct shipping information is provided at the time of ordering. If an item is damaged in transit, please take a photo of the shipping box & item(s) and send them to me within 24 hrs of delivery so I can provide you instruction on how to file a claim with the carrier.

If you order a solid color cup and it has a speck of glitter, please note it is a touch of hard work. :)

Changes must be made within 24 hours of ordering & submitting payment. Changes include shipping address, name change, or personalization changes.

1. Due to items being handmade, I do not accept cancellation, return, refunds or exchanges,
2. Changes to an order may be made up to 24 hours within ordering. After 24 hours, changes will not be allowed. Changes to an order may cause a delay.
3. If you or anyone you are purchasing the product for has severe allergies. I do not recommend purchasing any products that contain epoxy or adhesive.
4. To ensure the smooth flow of business, daily/ regular updates are not provided.
5. The customer agrees the use of any items purchased are used at their or the person they are receiving the item(s) for own risk.
