Vintage 1930s 1940s brown mink buy hip length cape

This stunning 1930s 1940s hip length mink jacket is in excellent vintage condition. The rich brown of the mink pelts is beautifully matched. The cape has separation between the front panels and the sides/back of the cape for arm access. The openings are attached with short pieces of lining at the lower edge of the piece. There are also classic straps for the buy arms on the inside intended to keep the cape in place if closures are not used. Lining is fully intact with no significant worn spots from wear. There are one hook and loop closures along the front at approximately waist level. The only label is one at back neck showing the name of the original owner.

PLEASE NOTE: Overall this piece, as inspected at the time of listing, is not exhibiting any gaps between the pelts, is of excellent pliability, and the fur itself is not showing excess shedding (it isn't coming out in large amounts when hand is passed over it). There is a bit of wear in the fur at the bottom edges and neckline where there was repeated contact with body or other surfaces. However, as this is an older fur I can not guarantee there isn't wear in the pelts or seams under the fur that is not immediately visible. Or that damage may not appear after shipping or wearing. I price with this in mind.
