Buy Dark Blue Women's Raffia Hat

Vintage 1960s buy women's hat made of raffia, ribbon and webbing. Colors are navy blue and silver white with a navy blue velvet hatband and a navy blue plastic tubing bow. Wire and mesh brim 4" in front and 2" in rear. Union label still attached but no size tag, our measurements are 21 1/4" inside circumference making it a size 6 1/2 (small). Hat is in like new condition, clean and ready to wear. Perfect for a Kentucky Derby party!!
