Sizing are unisex sizes, so men's. I recommend you order your natural women's size for the most comfortable conservative fit.

The original style is a 3X. See pictures. Cami is wearing it in an oversize, mini-dress fit. For a mini-dress fit, you'd need to order three sizes larger than your natural women's size. It is still recommended that you wear short shorts underneath for the most security as you move around.
