Tested and works great. No issues. There are a few blemishes. All pictured. There is one small scratch on bottom screen, which i tried to highlight in slide 3. You'll have to widen the pic to see it. It's on buy the bottom middle. It's not bad at all. Other than that no scratches on the top screen. A few minor blemishes to body. Again pictured. Comes with Nintendo charger. Original stylus and 4gb microsd.
