From my own hand made ceramic pottery bead and lost and broken treasures, I have given new and forgotten objects meaning and purpose in the form of fashionably rustic bracelet with stones, beads, ceramic toggle and a sari silk tassle.
I have created a sari silk tassle using silks reclaimed from the waste process of manufacturing, giving these fabrics more purpose. You will also discover amazing carved bone beads from a rosary, larimar, amazonite, a large labradorite bead with great labradoresence, large brown iridescent cultured pearl, wooden beads, and prehnite in a carved pumpkin shape. Finally, I have matched these treasures with 4 ceramic pottery beads that I have hand made myself and the bracelet closes with an toggle I made using poppy seed heads from my garden.
All of the items are either hand made by me, upycled or reimagined and it all sits together on strong tiger tail wire. It measures approx 18 cm (about 6.5 inches in length) not including the toggle and with the toggle about 7.25 inches. It would suit a wrist about 6 - 7 inches below the wrist bone.
