Kingsport Press printed all of the first BOMC editions with "A" on copyright page, but it is not known whether the "W" (or lack of a letter on the copyright page) indicates which printer was used. All BOMC books can be identified by the 1mm blind stamp indention located on bottom corner of rear cover. Item #310557
