Lovely match holder with striker ( pyrogene )
in white porcelain ( ironstone )
With pastel blue glaze

marked at the bottom
( something like an impressed C and R )

A pretty rare piece, never seen one like this

Pyrogenes used to be in bars back in the days when smoking was allowed in public buy places.
You keep matches in them and there are ridges on the side so you can strike your match.


It is in good Condition, no chips or repairs
